Is The Vamp Mk II “REALLY” the G.I.Joe SDCC 2014 Exclusive?
It was announced at the 2014 G.I.Joe Convention that the Vamp Mk II with Flint and Night Landing with Cobra Eel were going to be Convention Exclusives.
