The CW has released a new gallery of promotional photos as well as a new featurette for the upcoming episode of Supergirl titled, ‘Welcome Back, Kara!‘. Now that Supergirl and Zor-El have returned to National City, they plan to put the unpleasantness of the Phantom Zone Behind them. Check out all the details below and share your thoughts! SUPER FRIENDS REUNITED!
As Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) and Zor-El (guest star Jason Behr) make their return to National City, they are determined to keep the Phantom Zone behind them and enjoy being superheroes together. Unfortunately, their overzealous efforts backfire, creating a whole new threat to National City.
SUPERGIRL stars Melissa Benoist as Kara Danvers/Supergirl, Chyler Leigh as Alex Danvers, Mehcad Brooks as James Olsen, David Harewood as Hank Henshaw, Jeremy Jordan as Winslow “Winn” Schott and Tyler Hoechlin as Superman.
The episode was directed by Armen V. Kevorkian and written by Dana Horgan & Jay Faerber (#608).
