Shredder Takes Command: Mondo Unleashes an Incredible TMNT 1/6 Scale Figure
The leader of the Foot Clan is ready to strike! Mondo is expanding its ambitious Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles MondoVerse collection with one of the franchise’s most legendary villains: Shredder.
The new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles – Shredder 1/6 Scale Figure – Timed Edition gives Oroku Saki a premium collectible treatment packed with interchangeable parts, removable armor, fabric elements, weapons, and some fantastic accessories inspired by the larger TMNT universe.
The Foot Clan Has Returned
Mondo’s MondoVerse line offers its own interpretation of the TMNT mythology, combining recognizable elements of the franchise with highly detailed character designs. After bringing characters such as Donatello and Leonardo into the collection, Mondo is now giving the Turtles an imposing enemy to battle.
Shredder features an appropriately powerful design highlighted by detailed armor and a combination of sculpted and fabric costume components. One of the standout features is his wired purple cape, allowing collectors to create dramatic poses for display. Much of his armor and costume can also be removed, giving owners additional options for customizing his appearance.
Collectors can choose between several different Shredder portraits, including masked and unmasked looks that reveal Oroku Saki beneath the helmet.
Loaded With Weapons and Accessories
A character like Shredder needs an arsenal worthy of the Foot Clan, and Mondo has loaded this release with display possibilities.
Among the accessories are interchangeable hands, bladed weapons, katanas, a spear, and several Krang-related pieces. Shredder also comes with a Krang Communicator and Krang hologram, helping connect the figure to the expanding storyline behind Mondo’s TMNT universe.
One of the most entertaining additions is a Mini Shredder figure, representing a clone created by Baxter Stockman. The unusual accessory adds another piece of TMNT history to an already impressive package.
The presentation continues with original packaging artwork from Ben Bishop, whose work includes Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin. The MondoVerse presentation also incorporates an original comic expanding Shredder’s story.
Shredder Joins the MondoVerse
The Shredder 1/6 Scale Figure – Timed Edition is priced at $265. Mondo currently lists the figure as “Coming Soon,” with pre-orders scheduled to open August 25, 2026. The announced timed ordering window runs through September 4, 2026.
With removable armor, multiple portraits, fabric costume elements, an extensive weapons loadout, Krang accessories, and Mini Shredder, this could become a centerpiece for collectors building Mondo’s new TMNT display.
