‘The Breakfast Club’ Hits Theaters For 30th Anniversary!

If you are a child of the 80’s like myself, you probably agree that there are not many movies from that decade that are better than ‘The Breakfast Club‘. And now 30 years later, you can relive those great days when ‘The Breakfast Club‘ returns to theaters in celebration of the 30th Anniversary of the film. A restored version of John Hughes’ “The Breakfast Club” will be shown in 430 U.S. theaters for two nights on March 26 and 31 at 7:30 p.m. local time.

“The Breakfast Club 30th Anniversary” will be presented by Fathom Events, Universal Pictures Home Entertainment and BY Experience.

The screenings will include a bonus featurette including interviews with cast members Judd Nelson, Ally Sheedy, Anthony Michael Hall and John Kapelos as well filmmakers Diablo Cody, Amy Heckerling and Michael Lehman.

Tickets for “The Breakfast Club 30th Anniversary” screenings go on sale Friday through Fathom’s Digital Broadcast Network.

“The Breakfast Club 30th Anniversary Edition” will also be available on Blu-ray and DVD on March 10.
