Today we have the official title for ‘Arrow‘ Season #4 Episode #1. That said, if you did not see Stephen Amell at the ‘Arrow‘ SDCC panel, he pretty much revealed that he is now going to be ‘Green Arrow‘, along with the fact that he was sporting a brand new costume for this coming season.
