Rumor: Batwoman and Batman Coming to ‘Supergirl’ Season 2!

There are going to be a lot of great bits of new information and casting news that come out of SDCC this week. One early rumor is that the CW is going to announce that ‘Batwoman‘ will be joining the cast of Supergirl. Not only that, but word is we may also see the caped Crusader himself in the show. After CW announced that Supergirl would be joining the network, the show runners confirmed that five new characters will be added to the show, including another LGBT character called Maggie Sawyer. That’s not all though. If SDCC rumors are to be believed, DC may be adding a few more prominent heroes to the Flarrowverse in the very near future, including Batman, Oracle and Maggie’s longterm girlfriend, Batwoman.

Batman is clearly the biggest name here and if the rumors are true, his inclusion in the Flarrowverse will certainly be a game changer, but if handled right, Batwoman could be the most important character of them all.
