GOTHAM Sn. 3 Ep. #9 ‘The Executioner’ Promo Released!

Thank goodness for the people of Gotham that Jim Gordon is back on the job. After last night’s episode it is pretty obvious that Captain Barnes is completely off the rails and its only a matter of time before Jim has to stop him from murdering more people.
