Has The Live Action Assassin’s Creed Film Found A Director?

We have been hearing about a live action Assassin’s Creed blockbuster for some time now. So far we have confirmed a writer(Michael Lesslie) and the lead role (Michael Fassbender) and now it looks like we may have a director lined up! According to TwitchFilm, director Daniel Espinosa has been mentioned to take the directors chair. Espinosa is best known for directing Safe House which recieved mixed reviews.
