Today’s focus is the G.I. Joe character Rock-n-Roll. He is possibly the simplest of all the OG13 to figure out as he only has “Infantry” listed as his PMS and “PT Instructor” as his SMS. Today we look at the G.I. Joe Cobra Officer, whose PMS is “Infantry” and SMS is “Artillery, Intelligence”. From a military perspective that is three branches, which would be difficult to achieve. But maybe Cobra trains their officers just enough that they are “jack of all trades” and not necessarily a master of any. Welcome to the Outpost. Today I’m taking a look at a 1988 G.I. Joe figure that I feel is under appreciated, “Hard Ball“.
