The CW has released the synopsis for the upcoming 21st episode of Arrow titled, ‘Honor Thy Fathers‘. In this episode, Oliver must deal with the harsh reality that every criminal put in prison during Adrian Chase’s time as District Attorney, must now be put back on the street.
