The POP-EXPOSE ‘Why Hollywood Will Never Learn’!

It was patently evident this week that Hollywood is never going to learn from people. What exactly does that mean you ask. Well let me explain. There are a group of powerful, money hoarding elite, who control what films get made and what films do not get made. These are also the same people who make the choices about which films receive Oscar Nominations and which don’t. What these same people do not get, is that people are eclectic. Real people, who do not put on phony facades to impress their circle of peers. Unfortunately Hollywood rewards the mundane, the dry, the pius. Hollywood does not reward genres that express the full range of humanity. Only those movies which fit into their particular box. They feel so superior to the ‘masses’ that they sell their product too, that they would never stoop to reward a movie that they felt was beneath them. This is why you will never see a variety of movies win Academy Awards. The Academy Awards are about stroking the power power elite’s ego, not about entertainment. Remember that if you choose to turn on the ceremonies this year and are once again disgusted that none of the movies you enjoy are mentioned.
