Trailer for Dumb and Dumber 2 is Here!

Yesterday we brought you the first poster for Dumber and Dumber 2, which reunites Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels from the original comedy classic from the mid 90’s. Today we have the first trailer for the film. Check it out below and share your thoughts after the JUMP!

The ‘Dumb and Dumber 2‘ trailer is here, and it shows that Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels haven’t lost a step in returning to Harry and Lloyd’s idiotic shoes. Sure, late in the game sequels aren’t always great, but this suggests that the magic could very well be back.
With one of the most ludicrous and brilliant setups for their return (Carrey’s Lloyd has been faking a coma for 20 years), and for the film’s narrative (Daniels’ Harry has a daughter he doesn’t know about that Lloyd has the hots for), we’re on board even if we’ve been burned by these sorts of films before — ‘Anchorman 2,’ for instance. Universal cut a great trailer, which is packed with laughs and the right amount of callbacks.

Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels reprise their signature roles as Lloyd and Harry in the sequel to the smash hit that took the physical comedy and kicked it in the nuts: ‘Dumb and Dumber To.’ The original film’s directors, Peter and Bobby Farrelly, take Lloyd and Harry on a road trip to find a child Harry never knew he had and the responsibility neither should ever, ever be given.
‘Dumber and Dumber 2,’ which is officially titled ‘Dumb and Dumber To,’ will hit theaters November 14, a month (almost to the day) before the original film’s 20th anniversary.
