Fans have been dying for Captain Cold to make his return to Legends of Tomorrow. While he did make a brief appearance earlier this year, we all are hoping he returns, outside of Mick Rory’s head. Now it seems fans may get their wish as we see Wentworth Miller garbed in Captain Cold gear in the latest leaked Legends set photos.
