Star Wars Rebels is giving us FEMALE FIGURES!
Like most of you I am consistently disappointed with the lack of female figures in every toy line. People think i am being sexist, but as a father of two girls, who ask me all the time if there are going to be more female characters coming, it is high time we get some female figures! So i say Thank You Star Wars Rebels for considering your female fan base and giving us some female figures. Check out more on this below and share your thoughts after the JUMP!

Not surprising news but still its nice to get a confirmation that the Star Wars Rebels line of action figures will be seeing some female additions. According to the May/June 2014 issue of Star Wars Insider, the upcoming animated series will include, “female protagonists Hera and Sabine.” These ladies will round out the six main heroes of the series that have been revealed to date.
In other Insider action figure news, the magazine is still running its offer of a free action figure with subscription. photo 2 (21)Although the publisher Titan shows Movie Heroes figures, some reports have surfaced online that subscribers have received The Vintage Collection figures instead.
