YO JOE! Pulse Fanstream Drops Heat with Retro, Rattling Rats & Cobra Teases

If today’s Hasbro Pulse Fanstream proved anything, it’s that the G.I. Joe Classified line is firing on all cylinders in 2026. Between immediate pre-orders, deep-cut character love, and some tantalizing name-only reveals, fans were treated to a well-balanced mix of nostalgia and forward momentum.

Let’s start with the headline hitters—the pre-orders that went live today at 1 PM EST. The Retro Wave continues to flex its muscle, offering that classic cardback aesthetic that hits longtime collectors right in the childhood. It’s a smart move by Hasbro, blending modern articulation with vintage presentation, and fans clearly can’t get enough.

Equally exciting was the drop of Taurus & Red Dog, landing as a “Fanmazon” exclusive. These two bring some serious Renegades-style energy into the Classified line. Their inclusion shows Hasbro isn’t just sticking to the obvious roster—they’re digging into the brand’s deeper bench, which is exactly what longtime Joe fans have been asking for.

Then came Destro with the Despoiler, another Fanmazon offering that feels like a centerpiece release. Destro is always a heavy hitter, but pairing him with his iconic vehicle elevates this to must-have status. It’s a clear nod to collectors who want more than figures—they want display presence.

Looking ahead, the Ramp Rats are set to scurry in on April 9th as a Pulse Premium exclusive. Army builders, take note—this one has “add to cart x5” written all over it. Pulse exclusives like this continue to reward the die-hard faithful who stay plugged into the ecosystem.

Beyond the pre-orders, the reveals gave us plenty to chew on. The name-only drops included Toxo Viper, Mistress Armada, Psyche-Out, and intriguingly, Rugged Duke. That last one raises some eyebrows—alternate takes on core characters are becoming more common, and this could be a fresh spin on the Joe team’s original field leader.

The Ninja Force Scarlett & T’Jbang 2-pack render was another standout. Ninja Force has always been a bit divisive among fans, but in Classified form, it has the potential to really shine. Updated sculpts and modern articulation could finally give these characters their due.

And then there’s the Cobra Crown teaser—a mysterious breadcrumb that has fans speculating wildly. Is it an artifact? A storyline? A deluxe set? Whatever it is, it’s clear Hasbro is planting seeds for something bigger down the line.

All in all, today’s Fanstream struck a great balance: immediate gratification with pre-orders, long-term hype with reveals, and just enough mystery to keep the community buzzing. If this is any indication of what’s ahead, 2026 is shaping up to be another banner year for G.I. Joe collectors.
