A later position with a larger company introduced him to an experimental printing method that was still being refined. He helped fine-tune that process, and the experience ultimately became part of the technological foundation behind today’s Titan Forge panels.
Art That Goes Beyond Traditional Printing
What separates Titan Forge from conventional posters and many traditional metal prints is how the image becomes part of the finished panel.
Rather than simply applying ink to the surface, Titan Forge says its process uses extremely high temperatures to bond the image into the coated aluminum surface. Once cooled, the image is sealed into the panel, producing a durable finished piece intended to resist the normal degradation associated with conventional prints.
The company’s founder brings approximately 15 years of experience with this technology, including work associated with museums, zoos, theme parks, and major corporate clients. Titan Forge evaluates the source material and can make adjustments to brightness, darkness, and sharpness to help optimize the final print.
