Check Out A First Look Trailer For Mortal Kombat: Legacy II!
Warner Bros. released today a trailer today for the upcoming season 2 of the popular Mortal Kombat: Legacy series. Many MK fans will be happy to hear that the “fan film” series will be moving forward with more qaulity production now that Warner Bros is 100% behind the series. Machinima will host the series which is set to premier on Sept. 26. In the meantime , check out the first look trailer and sound off on your thoughts after the JUMP!

When Kevin Tancharoen quietly released the first video in his Mortal Kombat: Legacy series last year, many speculated that it was official. Not only did the video sport high production quality, but the inclusion of actors Jeri Ryan and Michael Jai White drove home that this wasn’t some average fan film.
What followed were nine episodes exploring many of the series’ most popular characters. Some new takes on the lore, including a compelling and disturbing look at Raiden, made Mortal Kombat: Legacy’s first season memorable. More importantly, Warner Bros. was on board.
Today gives us a new trailer for the upcoming second season. Familiar characters, including Kitana, Mileena, Scorpion, and Sub-Zero, are joined by Smoke, Kenshi, Liu Kang, and Kung Lao. The wait won’t be long. Season two, hosted by Machinima, begins on Sept. 26.
