Futurama Canceled Again?

The NY Times reports that Comedy Central today announced that they would not be ordering any more additional episodes of the animated series Futurama.
Comedy Central said its final season of “Futurama” would have its premiere on June 19 and conclude on Sept. 4. Mr. Groening said in a statement, “I’m very proud of the upcoming season. If this is indeed the end of ‘Futurama,’ it’s a fantastic finish to a good, long run.”
The series which was created by Matt Groening and David X originally aired for 72 episodes on the Fox network and was saved from cancellation by Comedy Central back in 2005.
