GIJOE 3 Officially Confirmed by Paramount Pictures!
It has been officially confirmed by Paramount Pictures International svp, EMEA Edward Ryan at CineEurope that the G.I.Joe will be back in 2016! Sharing the summer with Transformers 5, this would be an excellent time for a crossover or at least a hint of one for GIJOE 4 or TF5/6 don’tcha think? Hasbro has been trying for years to get Botcon and Joecon under one roof so why not merge the franchises? There are of course two camps.
Those who think it is a great idea and will boost Joe and those who think it will overshadow Joe and push it into the corner. Like the red-headed step child.
I would love to see what Bay could do with the premise. His NEST soldiers in the TF franchise are so Joelike anyway, and make the military look good. Step that up a notch with some recognizable Joes who are the BEST of NEST( a few not the whole team!) and you may just have a super summer blockbuster. Remember Col Sharpe was in TF one.
