I have to say from the beginnings on February 11th 2011 until today it has been quite a ride and an adventure at the same time. When we first began, Major Wolf and myself were flying by the seat of our pants, neither of us knowing anything about how to even set up a website or how to program or run it. From that beginning with just the 5 original founders Myself, Andrea, Major Wolf, PROTOXERO, and John Shaft, we have come a long way. We now have a strong front page readership that reaches around 40,000 people a month, as well as the forum, which has seen so much improvement over the years thanks to the hard work of new friends like Scythe and others.

One thing that makes Serpentorslair a unique place, different from other fan and pop culture forums, is we are just regular people who share our thoughts as ourselves. We don’t pretend to be superior to anyone, or to know more than anyone, and we don’t post as ‘online personas’ to try and impress people. We just keep it real. It is a quality that you will be hard pressed to find anywhere else on the web.

While the founders of the site came together because of our shared enjoyment of the G.I.Joe brand, we have also branched out into all forms of pop culture as the popularity surrounding the 25th Anniversary of G.I.Joe has all but faded away. We enjoy all types of tv, movies, toys, and other every day life topics, here so if you just like to talk with regular people about your likes and dislikes in pop culture, i invite you to join us as we embark on our 4th year of existance.
