Well it looks like its all over but the shouting as they say, as the shooting has wrapped up for the highly anticipated Star Wars Episode VII. Now its on to post-production, then the fans camping out to get into the theaters for the first showing. Check out the latest on this below and share your thoughts AFTER THE JUMP!
‘Star Wars: Episode 7‘ may not hit theaters for a little over another year, but production has already wrapped on the project. It’ll still be a long road of editing and post-production, and it may be hard to believe that they’re already done filming, but we have the evidence in the form of a special note that director J.J. Abrams and the producers sent out to the cast and crew, and you can read it for yourself.
The note was posted to Twitter by James Rose and picked up by Making Star Wars. The note mentions “tangible proof” of being a part of the film, and by that they mean the crew hat you can sort of see above the note. The note itself is quite sweet:
‘Star Wars: Episode 7′ has had a long journey, reuniting original stars Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, and Mark Hamill, with new additions Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Domhnall Gleeson, Lupita Nyong’o, Andy Serkis, Gwendoline Christie, and Max von Sydow. We also recently learned that Warwick Davis will reprise his role as Wicket the Ewok.
‘Star Wars: Episode 7′ hits theaters on December 18, 2015.
