SUPERMAN LEGACY CASTS NATHAN FILLION AS GREEN LANTERN!

Hot on the heels of the casting news of the DCU’s new Superman and Lois Lane, James Gunn has announced that fan favorite actor Nathan Fillion will be playing Green Lantern in the upcoming Superman Legacy film. Also joining the cast will be actress Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl and Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific. Are you excited about these casting choices for the new Superman film? Fillion is a fan-favorite actor best known for his starring roles in the Joss Whedon sci-fi series Firefly and long-running mystery show Castle. He’s worked with Gunn many times before, appearing in the director’s Slither, Super, The Suicide Squad, and Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 3. Coincidentally, he has played another Green Lantern, Hal Jordan, in multiple animated projects.
