One thing that we learned from the mid-season return of ‘Gotham‘, is that Penguin bit of more than he bargained for by basically inviting himself to be locked up in Arkham. With Doctor Hugo Strange running the place, who knows what kind of tortures are in store. One another note, it is exciting to see the origin story of Mr. Freeze unfold, and looks to make the second half of the season very exciting.
