Story by Mitchell Smith Welcome to The Outpost. Today I’m taking a look at Zartan’s Swamp Ski the Chameleon. This was a vehicle I did not have as a kid but it is a really neat small vehicle. As all of the early Joe and Cobra vehicles there was a lot of heart and soul poured into the figures and vehicles. It didn’t matter if they were small or large the craftsmanship was there. Overall this mini vehicle gets a 10 out of 10 for me. Who would love this…
