Mondo has officially announced its latest Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collectible, revealing photos and details for the upcoming Baxter Stockman Soft Vinyl Figure. This highly anticipated release stands 8 inches tall with limited articulation and includes two signature accessories: an Anti-Turtle Swatter and a Muta-Zoo Ray Gun.
