G.I.JOE UNDERAPPRECATED FEATURING 1991 ‘ECO WARRIORS’!

Welcome to the Outpost. Today I’m taking a look at the 1991 G.I.Joe Eco Warriors. I don’t hear much about Clean-Sweep, Ozone, or Flint, so I’m chalking these up as under appreciated figures. I always thought Air-Tight should have been a part of this group, but maybe he already was a part of this elite group of Joes. It would have been cool to get him with a removable helmet though.

I did not have any of these as a kid, but I really liked the look and the removable helmets. Over all these are really cool figures and a cool line that would have been cool to see a few more. I do have the 92 Barbecue and Deep six but they lost a little of the cool factor not having the removable helmet. It would have been a great way to get a Barbecue head out there. Definitely would have head swapped that with the original. I think it would have been a cool way to get a Flash, Trip Wire, or Blow Torch also, as we never got a swivel head version of these in the original run through 94.

In my opinion the 3 Joe 1991 Eco Warriors are really cool and even though I will probably never own the modern versions I would love to see these in classified versions. Who had Eco Warriors as a kid? Who loves these figures? Make sure to check back for our next discussion.
