Rumor: Transformers Generations Sharkticon Gnaw and Brawn Coming?

Ozformers member Bidoofdude put 2 and 2 together concerning two previously-rumored Generations Legends, and got a promising response from Hasbro! The known Combiner Wars Legends-class figures skip numbers 11-17, and so an email was sent to Hasbro asking if the previous Walmart leaks Gnaw with Gnash and Brawn with Mudslinger might be among their numbers. The answer is less than concrete, but more than maybe – keep reading to see!

There are plans for the distribution of these characters in 2015, unfortunately I do not have an exact date of arrival.

No pictures have yet been shown for these figures, but it stands to reason that Brawn, the last character from 1984 without a Classics/Generations representation, could well be another use of the Swerve/Gears mold, as the body design is extremely close to Brawn’s appearance in More Than Meets The Eye. Gnaw, however, would almost certainly have to be an entirely new mold. We’ve already seen more than a couple CW Legends not explicitly designed to be combiners, so there’s no obstacle there- though it seems unlikely these molds would retain their Mini-Con partners. Perhaps if we’re lucky, Toy Fair will bring us new info in the coming weeks.
