G.I.Joe ‘Fast Draw’ Discussion By Mitchell Smith!

Welcome to the Outpost. Today I’m getting into a very unique G.I.Joe character from 1987 ‘Fast Draw‘. Fast Draw is another character that was really cool but did not get developed in the cartoon or comics. This was a year I got a ton of Joes for Christmas and Fast Draw was one of the figures I got that year. Fast Draw is more of a futuristic looking character, and fitting for the year.

I loved this figure as a kid the missiles were very cool, the triggers, and his uniform including the helmet. Even though the helmet was not completely removable it was cool that it flipped up to reveal a face. Fast Draw had just the one figure and was snubbed in my opinion. This is a unique character that could have had a cool backstory and gotten a nice modern upgrade. Maybe down the road. Who are the Fast Draw fans out there? Sound off AFTER THE JUMP and let us know!
