G.I. Joe UNDERAPPRECIATED FEATURING ‘TECHNO-VIPER’!

Welcome to the Outpost. Today I’m taking a look at one of my favorite G.I.Joe Cobra Vipers that seemed to not get enough love, Techno-Viper. The 1987 Techno Viper is one I got for Christmas that year. He reminded me of the Cylon from Battlestar Galactica, but maybe that was the inspiration for this Viper. This, in my opinion is a great figure. I’m not sure what it is about this figure that people don’t like.
First off I love the color. These are not battle soldiers so I think this was a good color to separate them from the traditional blue soldiers, Crimson Guards, and regular blue Vipers with red trim. This figure comes with 3 tools that attach to a pack and one of the most distinct guns in Cobras arsenal. Over all this is a solid figure and is still one of my all time favorite Vipers.
