Story By Mitchell Smith Welcome to the Outpost. Today I’m rolling it back to G.I. Joe 1988 and Voltar. This was a great year all around for me. I was working, playing sports, and still was enjoying the awesome craftsmanship and overall heart and talent put into new characters.
