At the beginning of the pilot episode of ‘Supergirl‘ we were introduced to Dean Cain’s character, ‘Jeremiah Danvers‘ who was the Earth adoptive father of ‘Kara‘ aka ‘Supergirl‘. As season 1 progressed we learned that Jeremiah had been a friend to Martian Manhunter and had saved his life and helped him gain his freedom while sacrificing his life.
