Hello everyone. This week I’m paying tribute to 2 greats we lost this past week. Louis Anderson and one of my favorite artists Meat Loaf. Anderson was a long time stand up comedian who often made fun of himself to get laughs. Anderson also had a hand in a number of movies including Maurice in the 1988 hit comedy Coming To America, and the 2021 Coming 2 America. Meat Loaf ‘Bat out of Hell’ Meat Loaf released his Bat Out of Hell album in October of 1977. Although it took him nearly 2 years to sign a deal, this album is one of the all time best selling albums, with over 30 million copies sold. So, all the record companies that rejected him very harshly, Joke was on them. Max Weinberg and Roy Bittan from the E street band also helped out on the record and many compare this album to a Springsteen album maybe for that fact.…
