Thanks to ACToys we have an early leaked look at the 2016 G.I.Joe SDCC Exclusives. This year we are getting another G.I.Joe / Transformers crossover set with the Cobra Rattler as Autobot Powerglide and Cobra Hiss Tank as Decepticon Soundwave for the vehicles and Scarlett and Zartan for the figures.
