Welcome to the Outpost. As I have said many times before G.I.Joe has always had awesome vehicles. 1985 was a great year and one small Cobra vehicle really took off. The Cobra Flight Pod aka Trubble Bubble, is one of my favorite small vehicles. This was a really cool concept vehicle and actually had a canopy to supply a bit of protection for the pilot.
