Super7’s O-Ring Revolution: Duke, Ramar & the Hunt for Fatal Fluffy

Story by Mitchell Smith
Welcome to The Outpost. Super7 is putting out some really cool O-Ring G.I. Joe figures. Although the price is a bit steep these figures are definitely plastic crack. In an attempt to find the illustrious Fatal Fluffy I landed Ramar and Duke from the original mini series.
I Really love these modern O-Ring figures even though they are not quite the same as the original eighties and nineties figures, it’s nice getting some of the great characters we never got as kids.
The Duke and Ramar matchup is so classic and defined GI Joe right from the get go. I’m sure there were millions of 8 year old kids across the globe that fell instantly in love with GI Joe and couldn’t wait to get more cartoons and more GI Joe figures. It was a bit of a long wait but we are getting some really cool figures now. I’m hoping we get a Salina as she was a huge part of Duke escaping and rescuing all the people trapped by Cobra Commander. I’m sure if they put out a Cobra Commander and Destro with little controllers lots of people would buy them.
I think it would be awesome if they even released some cardboard back drops to display and take pictures. For now I will have to use what I can find around the house. Who else loves the Super7 O-Ring line?Make sure to check back next week for the next discussion at The Outpost.
