G.I.Joe ‘2003 Vehicles’ Discussion By Mitchell Smith!

Serpentorslair Staff, , , , 0 comment

Welcome to the Outpost. This week I’m taking a look at the 2003 G.I.Joe vehicles. G.I Joe was heading toward a major relaunch of Joe and Cobra vehicles. Once again this was a year with some vintage repaints as well as some new designs. There were a great number of figures released and G.I.Joe was very much back and operating in full gear. There were 2 convention exclusive vehicles a Blue Hiss Tank and a repainted mini Sub from the 1990 Hammerhead. Both look pretty cool and much like the 2002 lineup I do not own…

THE POP EXPOSE ‘The Mandalorian Sn. 2’ by Mitchell Smith!

Serpentorslair Staff, , , 0 comment

Season 2 of The Mandalorian has put the series back in the forefront. Season 2 opened up back on Tatooine with some familiar looking scenes from all over the Star Wars world. Not only are they drawing from season 1 to lay out the story but they are drawing from the original trilogy, prequel, Clone Wars, and pretty much anyplace else to add in familiar stuff and hidden eggs. I love Star Wars but my memory ain’t what it used to be. I love checking out reviews to find out what I…

G.I.Joe ‘Grunt’ By Mitchell Smith!

Serpentorslair Staff, , , 2 Comments

Welcome to the Outpost. Today we are talking about a G.I.Joe character from 1982 who may get over looked a bit and seems a little generic but never the less is one of my all time favorite characters, ‘Grunt‘. Grunt was a main character and over the years became a staple in the Joe lineup. He wasn’t always in the forefront but he was always ready to fight for his fellow Joes. Grunt had a few cool upgrades including the tan version and the 1991 version that I love. He has had a…

Serpentorslair Staff, , , 0 comment

Welcome to the Outpost. Today we are taking a look at a 12 inch G.I.Joe figure and vehicle, the 2002 G.I.Joe Ocean Assault set. The 2002 Ocean Assault with Wet-Suit is one cool vehicle. The sail is a clear plastic piece with a cool spring loaded gun that fires two missiles. Then the sail detached and the whole thing becomes a glider. The Wet-Suit is a cool figure…
