Welcome to The Outpost. Today I’m taking a look at the GI Joe Playset Alpha Check Point. I think we can all agree this is an awesome piece to set up and make some cool dioramas with. This is not one I had as a kid but always admired. It is simple yet complex. Anyone who had the 1983 GI Joe base certainly loved this as an entrance to base. I’m not sure why Hasbro hasn’t tapped into small playsets as I would pick them up for dioramas for sure.…
