Story by Mitchell Smith Welcome to The Outpost. Today I’m taking a look at the 1993 G.I. Joe Mega Marine Monstro Viper. Mega Marines are a bit of an acquired taste, at least probably more so for the older Joe crowd. This is a line I knew nothing about until I got back into Joes in the mid 2000’s. The Monstro Viper is even more of an oddity along a military based toy line. I do get the pull though, to a 10 year old in 1993 these were probably…
