There has been a lot of talk about the reuniting of the cast of the vintage show ‘Full House‘, and a lot of anticipation of whether or not the new show ‘Fuller House‘ would be any good. Today we have our first real glimpse inside the new show, with the first trailer for ‘Fuller House‘. One thing is for sure there is a lot of nostalgia in this new show. Check out the trailer below, and share your thoughts AFTER THE JUMP!

We’ve been hearing about the Full House spinoff for a while now and now it’s finally coming. The trailer also finally lets us know the episodes are coming soon, on February 26. We also know a good chunk of the original cast members will be returning for Fuller House, and we can hear some of the most familiar voices in the trailer, including that of John Stamos, who helped the whole project to get off of the ground. Unfortunately, the trailer actually cuts out before the door is opened, so while we get to hear the return of the major players, we don’t get to see them in this supercut…

However, while people like D.J., Kimmy and Stephanie are now all grown up, and in the case of the first two even have children of their own, there’s something kind-of nice in knowing that the house hasn’t really changed at all. It’s still the same old kitchen with the long table and chairs. There’s still a cute golden retriever waiting for the family to get home in the living room, although it’s a new pup instead of good old Comet, who was played by a dog who passed away in the late nineties. They cast is still the same old people, just older now. And someone may even have the gall to tell new character Max to “cut it out.”

If somehow you haven’t managed to keep tabs on Netflix’s Fuller House series, the show is set to follow D.J., who is recently widowed and has two boys. Her sister, Stephanie, will also be around to help out. And her best gal pal Kimmy–who just so happens to be a single mom herself–is also her support system. In addition to Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin and Andrea Barber’s participation as leads, John Stamos, Dave Coulier, Bob Saget, Lori Loughlin, and Blake and Dylan Tuomy-Wilhoit will also be back (those last two are the twins and they are adults now). Oh, and Scott Weinger, who played Steve on the original series, will also reprise his role. Basically, this is going to be a series cemented in nostalgia, so if you don’t have any for this comedy series, Fuller House won’t be the comedy for you. But if you did love the family-friendly comedy, Netflix is making sure they market this series directly to you.
