Today we look at the G.I. Joe Cobra Officer, whose PMS is “Infantry” and SMS is “Artillery, Intelligence”. From a military perspective that is three branches, which would be difficult to achieve. But maybe Cobra trains their officers just enough that they are “jack of all trades” and not necessarily a master of any. It also lists on the officer filecard that they are martial arts experts, masters of disguise, deceit, and demolitions. Welcome to the Outpost. Today I’m taking a look at a 1988 G.I. Joe figure that I feel is under appreciated, “Hard Ball“.
