G.I.Joe ‘Cobra Hurricane’ Discussion by Mitchell Smith
To start today off I want to give a shout out to Adam Jared for putting all these together, I couldn’t do it without him. Today I’m going to talk about the 1990 G.I.Joe Hurricane VTOL ( Vertical Take Off and Landing jet). This is one of my favorite jets. I love the color, the design, and the rotating wings to make it able to take off and land vertically. This is a decent sized vehicle and can rival any of the other Joe vehicles air or land. The Pilot is no Wild Weasel but Vapor was a unique and interesting looking figure and a bit of a cyborg I suppose, which was fitting for the times, so I’ll take him for what he is worth.
I did not have one of these as a kid, but I had seen pictures of it and it was right at the end of my Joe days as a kid, so I never ended up with one. I was pleased when I got one as a collector many years later. This one has a ton of play value and displays really well. So it was great for both kids and collectors. I have not had too many adventures with this jet just yet but it is on my list to set up and take some pics. Did anyone have this growing up SOUND OFF AFTER THE JUMP?
