G.I.Joe ‘Grunt’ By Mitchell Smith!

Welcome to the Outpost. Today we are talking about a G.I.Joe character from 1982 who may get over looked a bit and seems a little generic but never the less is one of my all time favorite characters, ‘Grunt‘.

Grunt was a main character and over the years became a staple in the Joe lineup. He wasn’t always in the forefront but he was always ready to fight for his fellow Joes. Grunt had a few cool upgrades including the tan version and the 1991 version that I love. He has had a few modern version updates and a very hard to find 2009 12 inch version.

Grunt was a very prominent character early on in the cartoon and I believe a staple in the comics. Grunt has always been one of my favorite characters and I hope to see a 6 inch version of him.
