G.I.Joe M.O.B.A.T. Discussion By Mitchell Smith!

Welcome to the outpost. I’m going to roll back the clock to 1982 today. Steeler and the 1982 G.I.Joe Mobat are both awesome. Steeler has a very unique helmet attachment and the motorized Mobat was pure gold back in 1982 and still holds up today 38 years later. A relatively simple design brought a lot of happiness and joy to millions who were fortunate enough to have one of these as a kid. The Mobat was used extensively in the cartoon and the comics.

If you needed a punch to battle Cobra, Steeler and the Mobat was your go to vehicle. I have a few of these in my collection today but I have never put batteries in them so I’m not sure if they work or not. The design alone is enough for me to love this tank. These were awesome to have as a toy and they are still awesome to have as a collector. Who had a Mobat as a kid? Sound off and let us know AFTER THE JUMP! Make sure to check back for our next Joe discussion.
