2003 G.I.Joe Built to Rule Armadillo Assault!

Welcome to the outpost. Today I’m taking a look at a vehicle I never had, the G.I.Joe Built To Rule Armadillo Assault. It looks interesting and I’m wondering what everyone thinks about this line as a whole. I do have a few of the figures I’ve found loose over the years and they don’t look to bad.

I was able to find a couple videos on this one in particular, and I thought this was a pretty cool idea. From what I gather this is basically G.I. Joe Legos. It is a great concept. The vehicles can be built into several different vehicles, and interconnect with the forearms of the figures. This one looked cool as well as some of the other vehicles from this line like the ‘Desert Fox’.

The Armadillo stood out to me though, as the back opens up and there is a flying vehicle in the back. This feature reminded me of the classic G.I.Joe vehicle, the ‘HAVOC’. There are some great figures in this line as well such as Duke, Wet Suit and many more.
