G.I.Joe ‘Psyche Out’ By Mitchell Smith!
Welcome to the Outpost. Today we are taking a look at another 1987 G.I.Joe character that didn’t get used much in the cartoon or maybe not at all, but I got this figure as a kid and loved him. Psyche-Out is a Psy-OPs soldier who uses his skills in deceptive warfare. He has a degree in Psychology so I guess he would also be a bonus to the Joe team for anyone suffering from PTSD. I really loved this figure when I got it though. The colors were cool. His pack and accessories were…

G.I.Joe ‘Falcon’ Discussion By Mitchell Smith!
Welcome to the Outpost. Today we are taking a look at G.I.Joe Falcon. Falcon was introduced in the 1987 G.I.Joe: The Movie and was voiced by Don Johnson. Falcon was instantly one of my favorites because Miami Vice was one of my favorite shows at the time. Falcon had an awesome uniform and I loved when he got transferred over to Slaughter to whip him into shape. There have been a number of figure upgrades over the years but the 1987 version has always been my favorite. I love the uniform and the…

‘My G.I.Joe World’ Discussion By Mitchell Smith!
Welcome to the Outpost. I hope everyone is doing well and making normalcy out of crazy times. This is why I try and enjoy my G.I. Joe world. It takes me away to simpler times, battles my brothers and friends and trying to set up scenes like they did in the commercials. The early stuff 1982-1985 was very limited on what I had. My front yard was all sand, like beach sand. So my friend and I would set up a full sheet of plywood on sawhorses and shovel sand on top…

G.I.Joe ‘1995’ Vehicles Discussion by Mitchell Smith!
Welcome to the Outpost. This week I’m taking a look at the 1995 vehicles. As we all know G.I Joe took and abrupt halt on the 3-3/4 inch figures and vehicles, but did try and launch other lines. They had the Sgt Savage line and the Extreme line. The P-40 Warhawk is a really cool WWII plane. I do have the SGT Savage figures and this would be cool to have. The Iron Panther is a real cool tank, this is another one that would be cool to have. Finally for the…
