His file card lists him as Destro’s frogmen, and an elite diver with a special designed suit to dive through any environment such as oil and sludge. Story By Mitchell Smith Welcome to The Outpost. Today I’m taking a look at G.I. Joe 2002 V10 Duke. Some of the 2002 figures kind of remind me of the Star Wars Power of the Force figures. A little puffy perhaps with a Beetlejuice head. Not the best version of Duke out of his 50+ versions, but this figure does have some nice qualities though.
