Welcome to the Outpost. Today we are taking a look at a 12 inch G.I.Joe figure and vehicle, the 2002 G.I.Joe Ocean Assault set. The 2002 Ocean Assault with Wet-Suit is one cool vehicle. This is a surfboard, a wind board, and a wind glider. The board itself is a pretty cool design complete with fins on the bottom of the board.
