Welcome to the Outpost. This week I’m taking a look at the 2003 G.I.Joe vehicles. G.I Joe was heading toward a major relaunch of Joe and Cobra vehicles. Once again this was a year with some vintage repaints as well as some new designs. There were a great number of figures released and G.I.Joe was very much back and operating in full gear. Hot Toys has released photos and details for their stunning new The Mandalorian and The Child as 1/4 Scale Figures. And because one figure is not enough Hot Toys is releasing 3 sets. The first is a Mandalorian and The Child Set, the second is a Mandalorian and The Child Deluxe Set, and the third is a stand alone release of The Child with his Pram. Welcome to the Outpost. Today we are taking a look at a 12 inch G.I.Joe figure and vehicle, the 2002 G.I.Joe Ocean Assault set. The 2002 Ocean Assault with Wet-Suit is one cool vehicle. This is a surfboard, a wind board, and a wind glider. The board itself is a pretty cool design complete with fins on the bottom of the board.
