The start of the new Hasbro Shared Universe kicks off next week with the #0 issue of the new IDW Comic book series ‘First Strike‘. This series is going to team up G.I.Joe, M.A.S.K. and the Transformers! It will be written by co-writers Mairghread Scott & David A. Rodriguez with art by Max Dunbar. This same creative team will serve when the First Strike 6 part miniseries goes twice monthly this August. One of my favorite Transformers characters and one of the last of the Generation One continuity. It has been confirmed by Hasbro that there will not be any presence by the company at Joecon 2014. This is pretty disappointing news since this is the 50th anniversary.
