Welcome to the Outpost. Today I’m diving into one of the greatest Cobra characters, Scrap Iron. What a great design he was. So great that most of the upgrades were just the original design with different color schemes. The original figure is classic Cobra blue with red highlight. He also has one of the coolest missile launchers for any G.I.Joe or Cobra. Happy Victory Day to all my Canadian G.I.Joe fans. So today I am honoring the Montreal native Backstop. Backstop is the Persuader driver. A pretty cool vehicle. Backstop was a bad ass kid. He is the original communications soldier and what made him stand out to me as a 7 year old was his mic. I believe he was the only Joe to ever have this accessory.
